Communities I ServeThe Woolfords grew up and currently reside in the East Sacramento neighborhood, so they are very familiar with the older, established areas of Sacramento, like East Sac, Midtown, Downtown, Land Park, Curtis Park, and Sierra Oaks. However, having been in the real estate business since 1978, The Woolfords often serve communities all over the Greater Sacramento area, including, but not limited to, Natomas, Carmichael, Greenhaven, Fair Oaks, El Dorado Hills, Roseville, Rocklin, Gold River, Antelope, and Lincoln.

Personal BackgroundLibby grew up and currently resides in East Sacramento with her husband John and young son Charles. She went to Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles from 1998-2002 where she earned a BA in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Urban Studies, knowing that real estate was inevitably in her future, and a K-8 elementary teaching credential . Libby taught 6th grade in Los Angeles for two years and when she moved back to Sacramento, she taught 3rd grade at PS7 charter school for two years. In 2006, Libby decided it was time to transition into real estate. She worked alongside her parents for several months to make sure that Real Estate was something that she wanted to transition into permenantly. In the Fall of that year, Libby acquired her license and she, Nan, and Bill formed the Woolford Group. They have worked cohesively with buyers and sellers ever since. Libby enjoys real estate because of the lasting relationships she's able to build with her clients in helping them make some of the biggest decisions in their lifetimes. She's able to utilize many of the skills she developed as a teacher in the real estate realm, especially the abilities to multi-task, organize, communicate, and listen.
